We're visiting my sister in Texas this week. Besides tortellini pasta, last night she served us organic spring mix salad, cut melons, POM juice spritzer and a vegetable tray with dip. I complimented her on the anti-oxidant rich menu and she said she wanted a mention on my blog for the effort. Duly noted, Cathy, and much appreciated.
