It is time for those who have concerns to write their representatives. There are several movements about the country raising issues regarding government spending and personal taxes. The bigger issues are coming regarding small business taxes and health care. It is important that we voice our concerns. "Change" should not be accepted blindly. The strength of, and excitment in the food industry has always been the small start up with new and creative ideas and employing more people. The issues this industry has faced are good for our growth but unless we get involved we accept the decisions of a few - hence the need for the Boston Tea Party. Anyone for tea?
