Produce Handling Guide Now Available On CD In Spanish


DAVIS, CA (November 5, 2007) -- The Postharvest Technology Research & Information Center at the University of California, Davis, has just published and made available for the first time a Spanish language CD version of its renowned Postharvest Technology of Horticultural Crops third edition.
