I see that the USDA Fresh Products Branch had certified Phillips Farms, under their GAP/GHP Food Safety Prrogram.

I wonder if the USDA will tighten up their standards in the wake of this outbreak? Are their auditors really food safety experts, or are they just produce inspectors pretending to be food safety experts?
