Russian import ban makes waves in the produce business

Open up new sales channels, develop new business contacts and strengthen existing relationships at FRUIT LOGISTICA in Berlin from 4-6 February 2015

Berlin, 16 September 2014 – The Russian embargo will dramatically alter the flow of goods, creating major challenges for the industry. This gives rise to risks, but at the same time great opportunities for those who are able to open new markets.

FRUIT LOGISTICA, to be held in Berlin from 4-6 February 2015, is the ideal place to establish new markets. More than 60,000 buyers and suppliers from around the world meet at the leading international trade fair for fresh produce. "We provide a unique forum to open up new sales channels, establish new business contacts and strengthen existing relationships," says Gérald Lamusse, FRUIT LOGISTICA Global Brand Manager. His assessment is confirmed by the current number of stand reservations. Five months before the event, there are already more stands booked than at the start of the previous FRUIT LOGISTICA in 2014. "We expect more than 2,600 exhibitors from around the world, who come to Berlin to lay the foundations for business success. We this strong turnout as a major vote of confidence. This motivates us even more to continue providing an excellent environment for good business," Lamusse emphasizes.
